On Wednesday, March 23, American chess master Bruce Pandolfini will join (via Zoom) students in the UF Honors (Un)common Reads course focusing on The Queen’s Gambit (novel and Netflix series). The course is taught by ECE Professor and Chair (and chess enthusiast) John G. Harris. Mr. Pandolfini also served as a consultant on both the novel (he suggested the title) and the Netflix series (where he had a cameo role).
